JLR DOIP VCI (Vehicle Communication Interface) is the official diagnostic hardware from Jaguar Land Rover. It supports DOIP, CAN, and CAN FD protocols required for all JLR models from MY2017 onwards. It is the only interface capable of full module programming, CCF editing, and key learning on modern JLR vehicles. Generic OBD tools cannot perform these functions.
What is the difference between
JLR DOIP VCI and clone tools?
Genuine JLR DOIP VCI uses official firmware and licensed protocol stacks. Clone tools are unauthorized copies that often lack full protocol support, fail during programming, and can damage modules. Clones also receive no software updates and are not supported by
Pathfinder or SDD. We only sell genuine hardware.

What warranty do your products carry?
All hardware products carry a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Software licenses are non-refundable once activated but include free updates during the active subscription period. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
Do you provide software updates?
Yes. All proprietary tools (
SX-tool,
JET-PRO,
JET Locksmith, CCF-PRO) receive free updates during the active license period. Official software (
Pathfinder, SDD,
Topix Cloud) updates are provided according to the subscription terms you purchase.
Can I use
SX-tool on multiple computers?
SX-tool licenses are tied to the hardware dongle, not the PC. You can install the software on multiple computers and move the dongle between them. Each license includes free updates for the subscription period. Contact us for multi-user workshop licenses.
Do you offer multi-user licenses for workshops?
Yes. We offer workshop and enterprise licenses for
SX-tool,
JET-PRO, and
JET Locksmith. These allow multiple simultaneous users and include priority support. Contact our sales team for a tailored quote based on your team size.
What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer remote support?
Yes. Remote diagnostic sessions are available for all customers with active software licenses. We use secure remote desktop tools to guide you through setup, diagnostics, and programming. Sessions are scheduled by appointment and typically last 30-60 minutes.
What are your technical support hours?
Technical support is available Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 20:00 UTC, and Saturday 10:00 – 16:00 UTC. Emergency support tickets are monitored outside these hours. Remote sessions are scheduled during business hours.
Do you provide training?
We provide comprehensive setup guides, video tutorials, and documentation for all our tools. For hands-on training, we offer remote onboarding sessions. In-person training is available by arrangement for workshop groups of 3 or more.

Do you ship worldwide?

What is your return policy?
Hardware products can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Software licenses are non-refundable once activated. Defective hardware is covered by our 6-month warranty. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
Who pays customs and import duties?
The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charged by their country. We declare the actual value of goods on shipping documents. Please check your local regulations before ordering.

What vehicle models are compatible with your tools?
Our tools support all Jaguar and Land Rover models from 2008 to present. This includes EVA1 (MY2017-2020), EVA2 (MY2021+), and CAN4 architectures. For specific model compatibility, contact our support team with your VIN and model year.
What operating systems do your tools support?
SX-tool and
JET-PRO run on Windows 10 and Windows 11 (64-bit).
Pathfinder and SDD require Windows 10 Pro or Enterprise. We recommend a minimum of 8GB RAM, 100GB free disk space, and a stable internet connection for software updates.
Do I need internet access to use the tools?
An internet connection is required for software activation, updates, and license verification. Day-to-day diagnostics and programming can be performed offline once the tool is activated. Remote support sessions require an active internet connection.
Can I get a refund if the tool does not work for my vehicle?
Hardware can be returned within 14 days if unused. Software licenses are non-refundable once activated. We strongly recommend contacting our support team before purchase to confirm compatibility with your specific vehicle and module. We will not sell you a tool if it cannot do what you need.
