By accessing or using the JLR FIX website, products, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or purchase our products. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of JLR FIX services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders placed at the incorrect price.
Orders are accepted upon confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, violation of export controls, or misuse of our products.
Title and risk of loss for purchased items pass to the buyer upon delivery to the courier. The buyer is responsible for inspecting goods upon receipt and reporting any damage within 48 hours.
All software products sold by JLR FIX are licensed, not sold. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software in accordance with the terms specified in the product documentation.
Software licenses are tied to the specific hardware dongle or user account purchased. License transfers between users or resale of licenses are prohibited without prior written consent from JLR FIX.
Reverse engineering, decompilation, or modification of any JLR FIX software is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in immediate license termination and may constitute a criminal offense.
Official third-party software (Pathfinder, SDD, Topix Cloud) is subject to the terms of the respective licensors. JLR FIX acts as a reseller and is not responsible for changes in third-party licensing terms.
All hardware products carry a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. The warranty covers repair or replacement at our discretion. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
To make a warranty claim, contact support@jlrfix.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the defect. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return defective items, unless the item is confirmed defective upon inspection.
Software licenses are provided as-is. We do not warrant that software will be error-free or compatible with all system configurations. Technical support is provided during the active license period to resolve issues.
JLR FIX provides diagnostic tools and software for professional use. Our products are intended for qualified automotive technicians and engineers. The use of our tools on vehicles is at the sole risk of the user.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JLR FIX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of our products shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Users are responsible for ensuring that vehicle modifications, coding changes, and programming performed with our tools comply with local laws and regulations. JLR FIX is not responsible for vehicle damage caused by incorrect use of our tools.
All content on the JLR FIX website, including text, images, logos, product names, software code, and documentation, is the intellectual property of JLR FIX or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any JLR FIX content without express written permission. The JLR FIX name and logo are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorization.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which JLR FIX is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of JLR FIX's registered office.
